When I first started reading books, they were exclusively in the realm of non-fiction, self-help books. Like most people I was too enthralled with TV, movies and video games to even consider deriving any amount of enjoyment from books that would be interesting, let alone addicting.
However, over the years I’ve started to see incredible value in reading fiction, autobiographies and even memoirs. A multitude of studies
have shown when we relate to characters in fictional stories, we’re more likely to overcome similar obstacles of our own to achieve our goals.
Speaking of reading, I have a memoir coming out before the end of the year and would appreciate hearing from you on which book cover you like the best.
🍺 to another great week ahead!
