Happy Monday! Last week I was very productive, primarily working on launching a new side business I’ll be unveiling soon.
When the weekend came in though, I slept in while indulging in unhealthy foods and binge-watching a whole series of The Expanse TV show.
Even if you’re somebody like me who tends to loathe the idea of unproductive, it’s important to let yourself relax and detach from work every now and then.
🚨A recent survey of thousands of tech employees Microsoft, Amazon, Google, and Uber seemed to indicate that 57% of respondents were consistently burnt-out from their jobs.
One way to avoid burnout is to look at how successful people spend their time, which I answer in my recent Quora post here.
However your week turns out, having a certain appreciation for where you are now in life will inevitably help keep pushing you forward to wherever you want to be.
Cheers to another great week and the final one of June!
